Pioneer Library System – Norman East Branch

The interior design team at MSR Design wanted to modify our Grove Tree Learning Corner to reflect the flora and fauna of the Oklahoma prairie as well as create a pass thru tunnel for children to play. To capture the flora and fauna our artists got to work in painting the following (pictured left): Wild Turkey, Raccoon, Henry the Hawk, the state bird Scissor-tailed Flycatcher and Indian Paintbrush flowers. Custom Learning panels were developed to nurture the little naturalists. Our Learning Desk with a magnifying glass was added to the corner for further observation.
